Precautionary Risk Investigation Reports, or PRIRs, are confidential and for specified recipients only.

Please keep in mind the following policies and guidelines when requesting and receiving PRIR results from Laura Cohen Precautionary Investigations:

- Sharing PRIR results with third parties, including potential clients, is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of service without a refund.

- Providing an applicant, an applicant's agent, or a proxy with the pass/fail final determination of a PRIR is strictly prohibited.

- Billing information, payment handles, and any other aspect of the payment policy are strictly prohibited.

- All recommendations are made to the best of our ability, but they cannot be guaranteed.

- All PRI results remain the property of Laura Cohen Precautionary Investigations.

- The recipient must use the PRIRs and contained data lawfully and in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Laura Cohen Precautionary Investigations and its employees are not responsible and may not be held liable for actions or inactions taken by any party as it pertains to the data provided in an investigative report.

- We use data from multiple databases and third-party sources for accuracy, but we cannot take responsibility for inaccuracies in third-party results.

- Each applicant screened uses at least one PRIR credit. One credit is used unless both parties agree otherwise. Credits purchased are non-refundable. Advance payment is required, and payment reserves our time to investigate, document, and report the PRIR results to the recipient. Couples assessments are billed as two units.

- PRIR requests are processed in the order they are received during regular business hours, which are Monday through Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, Saturday from 10 AM to 1 PM, and Sunday closed. All times are Eastern.

- All off-hours PRIR requests will be given the highest priority on the following business day and will be processed in the order they were received.

- We do not release extraneous data, such as the names or related information of family members, neighbors, or other individuals whose information is acquired incidentally and is unrelated to the investigation or its safety purpose.
